In the offshore sector, both people and materials are subject to high standards.

A standard rubber seal made from a simple elastomer does not generally meet the requirements of the environment in question. In such cases, a hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), fluoroelastomer (FKM) or perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is a better option. These elastomers are known for their high resistance to chemicals and a wide range of temperatures. When combined with a sophisticated vulcanisation system, the ultimate result is a product which performs excellently, including under extreme conditions.

We are also the right address for polyurethane products. We use 'heat-cured polyurethane', which can be cast and is the strongest of its type. It has already been successfully applied in offshore environments.
